Warranty & Services

Warranty:
Products sold by KL Coffee Club Sdn Bhd are covered by 1 year local supplier warranty against manufacturer defects only.
Wear and tear items are not covered within the warranty coverage period. ie: Rubber gaskets, O-rings, shower screen, grinder burrs, etc. The warranty also does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used.
Services:
For products that are over warranty period, we do provide repair services. There will be charges on labour, components and transportation charges for West Malaysia, whereby the transportation charges may varies depends on customer's location. We do provide on-site machine service for Klang Valley customers.

  • e-Wallet Payment (Touch 'n Go Pay, GrabPay)
Installment Plan:
  • Installment plan available for Public Bank credit card holders only. Please contact us if you wish to pay by installment.
Refund Policy
All products or services sold by KL Coffee Club Sdn Bhd practices NO REFUND policy.

1. KL Coffee Club Sdn Bhd reserves the right to update, change or replace any on-going promotion at anytime.
2. We reserves the right to cancel order at anytime.
3. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of Term and Conditions without prior notice.
