Warranty & Services

Warranty:
Products sold by KL Coffee Club Sdn Bhd are covered by 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects only.
Wear and tear items are not covered within the warranty coverage period. ie: Rubber gaskets, O-rings, shower screen, grinder burrs, etc. The warranty also does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used.
Services:
For products that are over warranty period, we do provide repair services. There will be charges on labour, components and transportation charges for West Malaysia, whereby the transportation charges may varies depends on customer's location. We do provide on-site machine service for Klang Valley customers.

Installment Plan:
  • Installment plan available for Ambank credit card holders only. Please contact us if you wish to pay by installment.
Refund Policy
All products or services sold by KL Coffee Club Sdn Bhd practices NO REFUND policy.
