Waranti & Perkhidmatan

Waranti:
Produk yang dijual oleh KL Coffee Club Sdn Bhd dilindungi oleh waranti pembekal tempatan selama 1 tahun terhadap kecacatan pengilang sahaja.
Item haus dan lusuh tidak dilindungi dalam tempoh perlindungan waranti. iaitu: Gasket getah, gelang-O, skrin pancuran mandian, burr pengisar, dsb. Waranti juga tidak melindungi kecacatan atau pincang fungsi yang disebabkan oleh penyalahgunaan, penyalahgunaan atau penyelenggaraan yang tidak betul, kegagalan untuk mengikut arahan pengendalian, atau penggunaan dengan peralatan yang tidak bertujuan untuk digunakan.
Perkhidmatan:
Untuk produk yang melebihi tempoh jaminan, kami menyediakan perkhidmatan pembaikan. Terdapat caj ke atas buruh, komponen dan caj pengangkutan untuk Malaysia Barat, di mana caj pengangkutan mungkin berbeza-beza bergantung pada lokasi pelanggan. Kami menyediakan perkhidmatan mesin di tapak untuk pelanggan Lembah Klang.
